1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using TemClean from the Mac App Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

San Ventura Teknologi, PT. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TemClean on macOS devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the app.

3. What the App Does

TemClean scans and helps you clean only your user home folder — specifically temporary and cache locations under ~/Library, plus Trash and downloads temp. It shows real sizes, lets you preview files, and moves selected items to Trash (recoverable). It does not delete system files or other users’ data.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Grant Access Carefully: The app only accesses folders you explicitly allow. Allowing ~/Library or your Home folder covers multiple categories.
  • Review Before Cleaning: You choose what to delete. You can select all, none, or older items and expand rows to verify. We are not responsible for data you choose to trash.
  • Backup: Keep regular backups (Time Machine). Deletion to Trash is recoverable until you empty Trash, but we recommend backing up before bulk cleaning.
  • Sandbox: The app respects macOS security and will ask if access is missing.

5. In-App Purchases

  • Small “coffee” contributions (consumable) — to support development.
  • One-time “Lifetime Supporter” (non-consumable) — hides the support section.
  • Payments are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region. All sales are final subject to Apple’s refund policy.

6. Disclaimers

  • AS-IS: The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Not Guaranteed Savings: Displayed free space and total found are estimates — actual reclaimable space may vary.
  • No Liability for Data Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss or inability to use the app.
  • Snapshots: Local snapshots are shown on a best-effort basis. Removal, if needed, can be done via a provided Terminal command (copied to clipboard, not run automatically).

7. Intellectual Property

TemClean, its icon, and related configuration are owned by San Ventura Teknologi, PT. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

8. Updates

We may update the app to fix bugs, improve scanning, or add features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you misuse the app. You may terminate by deleting the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless Apple Media Services Terms require otherwise.

11. Changes

We will update the Effective Date above and publish changes at https://s19i.com/apps/temclean/terms and in this repository.

TemClean is a menu-bar utility (Utilities category), runs securely in the macOS sandbox, and moves items to Trash (recoverable). Requires macOS 14.0 or later.
